Internet user privacy and confidentiality is important to Face To Face. ("F2F") and we respect your individual privacy. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
1.0 Information Collected During Purchase
When you make a purchase or donate to the event, or its supporting ministry, we use a third-party e-commerce service provided by PayPal.com. You can access their privacy policies at PayPal privacy statement. We do not keep credit card information as part of your product registration. We keep information about purchasers in our database (name, email address, mailing address, phone...) to fulfill purchaser request only (lost program, keys...). F2F may use purchaser information to send free upgrades, information about lifetime license or special rebates. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties.
2.0 Collection and use of personal information
F2F is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Unless the user provides it voluntarily, F2F does not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors of the website. Some pages permit visitors to request additional information. Visitors are able to e-mail messages to F2F that will contain the user's name and e-mail address, as well as any additional information the user may wish to include in the message. F2F uses the information visitors provide about themselves to fulfill those visitors' requests. E-mail addresses are used to answer messages received only.
3.0 Information Collected During Registration
During registration of products online (after purchase), users specify limited information about them. F2F may use this information to provide notices of new information that may be of use or interest to users. This may include newsletters, tutorials, website update notices, or notification on the availability of new products, and product updates. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. Occasionally a user may be asked to provide a statement, provide a reference, authorize a quote or testimonial, or participate in a press release or case study. No user is obligated to provide any details about the product or its use. No statements will be taken or used without prior written consent.
We use information about you for purposes of monitoring and improving our internal operations, as well as to ensure we: (i) bill you properly, (ii) administer your account in accordance with your agreements with us, and (iii) properly perform the services you have requested.
We also use the information we collect to monitor and improve our internal operations, as well as to improve the experience of users on our site(s). For example, we may correlate Web site traffic information with data about individual users. This data helps us to determine how much our customers use parts of the site, allowing us to enhance it to fit the needs of as many of our customers as possible. We may also break down overall usage statistics according to customers' domain names, browser types, and MIME types by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
4.0 Log Files
We use IP addresses and domain names to analyze trends and administer the site. IP addresses and domain names are not linked to personally identifiable information.
This website may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that F2F is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the F2F website.
The information we receive from or about you is stored on systems designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of that information. Transmission of sensitive information is encrypted to PayPal and F2F (e.g., credit card numbers, account passwords) in the interest of heightened privacy protection and information integrity. Transactions within PayPal and purchase flows use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when transmitting data from your connection to their systems.
If you feel that F2F, or any of our agents, are violating this Policy, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, by telephone at (303) 518-0089, or by postal mail at:
